Career

Four Decades,
Three Chapters

Anthony's career spans the private sector, professional associations, and not-for-profit governance — giving him a breadth of perspective that few consultants can match.

1980s – 2000s

Corporate Leadership

Anthony spent a decade at Nortel Networks in senior management before rising to President of Avon Canada — a $250 million operation with over 1,000 personnel and full responsibility for Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

During this period he also chaired the Direct Sellers Association of Canada and served on the boards of the Canadian Cosmetic, Toiletry & Fragrance Association and Canada's National Council of Financial Executives.

2000s – 2020s

National Association Leadership

As President and CEO of CGA Canada, Anthony raised the organisation's profile and was the key architect of the landmark merger that united Canada's three major accounting bodies — one of the most significant structural changes in Canadian professional history.

He subsequently served as President and CEO of CPHR BC & Yukon and CPHR Canada, representing the HR profession at a national level.

Consulting & Governance

He holds a McGill University degree and is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors program.
